Radim was born in 1963.
He grew up in a Catholic family but is now an active member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
He completed grammar school in the school on Přípotoční Street in Prague 10. His favorite subjects were physical training, math, and geography.
He started studying at the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Czech University of Technology in Prague before the fall of communism, but he did not complete his studies.
In 1990, he worked for the real estate company Skala Immobilien.
In 1991, he started his own business.
In 1998, after the death of his firstborn son Max, Radim accepted Jesus Christ into his life as his personal Savior.
In 2002, he founded Maranatha, a Christian organization.
In 2002, he was the first winner of the New Personality of the Year in the Czech Republic’s Best of Realty competition.
In 2007, he acquired record-breaking capital gains on selling some of his assets.
In 2013, he fundamentally shifted the focus of his company. A development company turned into an investment company.
In 2017, he was the first person born in former Czechoslovakia to receive the Lifetime Achievement in Real Estate 2017 award, one of the prestigious Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards (CEEQA).
He was inducted into the Best of Realty Hall of Fame in 2021.
Radim Passer is married and has six sons: Radim (born 2001), Samuel (2013), Benjamin (2015), Timotheus (2018), Matteo (2020), and Elias (2022).
